Kohl’s will be opening late March to equally-anxious consumers. Both are successful operations and leaders in their respective segments by offering products and service that customers desire. That’s effective marketing. These two openings are milestones in the expanding commercial retail offerings in the County. At the same time, smaller and lesser known businesses continue to grow in numbers and adapt to meet the unique needs of customers throughout the County. May is Small Business Month. While it’s still a few months away we want to start building attention to our small business community. They do so much to fill local consumer, employee, and community needs and maintain the unique character and personality of the County.
